Victoria Bastidas is the Founder and Current President of the Friends of Johnston, Inc., She has a diverse background in education, environmental restoration, restorative practices and pharmacy. She strives to restore and utilize the Johnston Estate to meet the needs of the underserved of our community.


Jonathan C. Egge, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania since 2003, and a Shamanic practitioner since 2000.  He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy (Hospital Corpsman ’86-’90), and an alumni of Mansfield University (BSW ’96) & Marywood University (MSW ’03).  He has been employed as a Social Worker/Therapist for the Department of Veterans Affairs at the Allentown Outpatient Clinic since 2007.


Jenny Pacanowski is a military veteran and writing workshop facilitator, public speaker and spoken word poet. Her goal is to help guide veterans to understand their own humanity with creative outlets to ease the transition from war and military culture.  

Paul Casner is a retired licensed clinical social worker.  He brings 23 years of mental health experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs providing individual/group substance abuse counseling and referral. He worked in the veteran’s homeless program in Lehigh Valley throughout his career. He previously worked in the criminal justice system for adjudicated youths as well as in a burn trauma intensive and outpatient care He and his wife are caretakers of a 150 acre farmette and farm animals.  He is a passionate volunteer intent on supporting those veterans who the system has let down.
